SHIB: The Metaverse will be made up of 100,595 Lands, which act as plots of virtual real estate. Just like in the real world, some land is reserved for public utility like roads and public gathering spaces (HUBS). Phase One of SHIB: The Metaverse saw 36,431 Land plots unlock.

Land Ownership Benefits

Owning Lands in SHIB: The Metaverse will allow users to Build a personal home space that is as unique as the different members that make up the SHIBArmy! In addition they will receive the following benefits:

  • Generate passive income

  • Gather in-game resources

  • Earn rewards


In SHIB: The Metaverse, HUBS will serve as community gathering spaces and map landmarks. The plots making up HUBS are not for sale, but are available to lease. To inquire on leasing, click on any HUB from the interactive land map to be taken to the request form.

  • Ryo Plaza

  • The WAGMI Temple

  • FUD Ground

  • Tech Trench

Phase One lands are broken into 4 different districts, each with their own distinct characteristics.

  • Defense District (Upper Left Map Quadrant)

  • Growth District (Upper Right Map Quadrant)

  • Technology District (Lower Left Map Quadrant)

  • Community District (Lower Right Map Quadrant)
